Are you dying for a treat after dinner, that will not sabotage your daily calorie intake?  Are you dying for a snack in the middle of the afternoon, but are wondering what it might be?  Check out these treats that you might try and each one is under 100 Calories.  How awesome is that!  Also if you try adding unflavored UNJURY protein powder to the pudding, yogurt and cottage cheese this will increase the protein by 20gm's!

CHOCOLATE WITH A CONSCIOUS

Top 4 ounces of sugar free chocolate pudding ( made with skim milk) with a tablespoon dollop of fat free whipped topping!  Only 75 calories

BERRYIFIC BOOST

Mix 1/4 cup of Vanilla GREEK yogurt with 1/2 cup of blueberries and raspberries!  Only 90 calories

ITALIAN DELICACY

Chop one ounce of low-fat mozzarella and 6 fresh basil leaves, then eat with a cup of cherry tomatoes!  100 Calories

Great ideas! I do the turkey and apple thing in the morning sometimes... when I'm too hungry to wait for my breakfast to cook, lol.
