I get asked often what I eat since I became banded. So I decided to write down what a few meals may look like.
Breakfast Choices
Greek Yogurt (Okios)
Bacon 2 strips (Oscar Meyer Pre Cooked)
Oatmeal
Eggs ( usually only one egg scrambled)
Skim Milk
Snacks
Baby Belle Cheese ( Love white Cheddar)
Unjury Protein Shake
Peanut Butter on celery
Sliced apples
Chai Tea
Lunch
Homemade Tomato Basil Soup
Mashed potatoes
Cheese with crackers
Turkey wrapped cheese
Humus and crackers
Guacamole with salsa and re fried beans
Dinner
Chicken
asparagus
Talapia
Chicken salad
whatever everyone else is eating just 1/2 to 1 cup of it.
