C25K going very well!

I am amazed at how well I am doing with the C25K workouts.  I am surprising even myself.  I do not like it, mind you, I still do not think running if my thing.  However, just to be able to do it is such a huge goal for me.

I am planning on trying to do this at least 4 to 5 times a week along with ZUMBA, I am not certain I can stick to that but so far I am not too tired.

I have upped my protein and calories to 1500 because of the additional working out. Sparkpeople suggested that I do, so we shall see.  I know the trainer said I will see results by increasing my calories in the losses.

I have been so conditioned to eating so little for so long this whole idea stresses me a bit.  I am faithful however, and I believe in myself.  Right now I suppose my confidence is at an all time high!

I'm so glad you're feeling so high in confidence and that the working out is going so well! Wow! Super impressed. I think the trainer has the right idea. Exercise seems to make the band work sooo much better that I can afford to up my calories a little. So good.

You look and sound fabulous! Running definitely isn't my thing...I never get a "runner's high" I always hear about...but I love the IDEA of running. And I keep hoping that's enough for me to fake til I make it. You're doing great!
